BAERTIE (German for “Bear-Tie”) is the future of the tie. By presenting the bear – symbol of fashion capital Berlin - this young and emerging label specifically communicates its origin.

After being sorted and cleaned, the ties receive their printing by dedicated handcraft workers, who transform them into a real BAERTIE.
Jens Holst and Frank Pfeiffer, the two creators of BAERTIE, see the tie as much more than just an “attribute of the official male dressing code”. Rather, ties are a modern and unisex accessory. Women wear their BAERTIE as scarf, to bind their hair, as a belt, handbag, or, most classically, if you go on the pull - wear it directly against your skin.
To begin with, fashion fans can choose from 6 limited edition designs: The Siegessäule of Berlin, the TV-Tower, the Berlin Bear, Hibiscus blossom, Anchor and Scull, uniquely printed on various vintage-ties. New motifs will be introduced regularly. Moreover, renowned artists and designers have decided to create limited editions for BAERTIE.
